I've got an Eos 3 not used it much but it's a dam good camera (in the right hands Sad ). Are you thinking of buying new or secondhand. You'll find some bargains if you shop around.
I started with film but always said I'd go back to it once my photography improved, sadly they'll have probably stopped making film by the time I'm any good Sad .

ffordes have a good selection in or you could try Mifsuds

someone has offered me a EOS 30 + battery grip for 110 quid..

looking at the prices on the sites you found, that looks like good money..
