Where we spent Xmas day 2008


it looks pants small I'm afraid  Embarassed

The town is called Pushkar, and is a Hindu pilgrimage place in Mid Rajastan, India.  The town is dry (no alcohol) and fully vegan.  No public affection is allowed here either.  Obviously somebody never did their research before landing up here for Xmas  Embarassed .  Started the day doing yoga as the sun rose over the desert mountains, and after chilling by this holy lake we all went on a camel safari.  Laughing

Not a single Xmas song was to be heard  Sad

Good photo. Thats certainly a change from the usual Xmas. Must have seemed strange.
