And try it out you did, that's a marvelloous piece of work. I've always been fascinated by old note books, like the one Indiana Jones had, and that's what this reminds me of.

Nice work Dave, agree with Simon about the second one.
Keith so does that mean: He's the artist formally known as 'hil26' soon to be named 'Indiana Dave' Very Happy

tnx, both shots are excellent

when you see the two pages in the book, you know they were shot in venice. to do that with just two pictures is amazing. I think you really captured the athmosphere of venice in your shots

Sounds like a top idea to me. The second book is even better Dave, good work.

Ere Dave, have you started getting Digital Photo, because this was one of the projects in this months copy? My nephew, wife, parents and friends stopped over here on the way to Glastonbury so I did a momento for them.

The book had text in it so I had to get rid of that first, CS2's patch tool came into its own, and I used the soft light blending mode.

I haven't had a chance to find out if they saw Shirley, events got out of hand. My nephew and his missus have just moved into their now home together and got a phone call on the Saturday to let them know their house had 2 foot of flood water running through it. So they left early and it's all been about that, and Glastonbury got buried somewhere along the way. They've lost the entire downstairs contents including two lap tops and a PC. Not happy bunnies.

Just by the by, I get DP every month, just for their video tutorials. Good value just for them.
