I was going to pm Gilly, but I thought I'd ask this here so that all can benefit from his knowledge.
Gilly, I'm off to Colorado - Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail - with my snowboard and camera.
I was wondering if you had any tips for photographing on the slops and dealing with harsh light in the brilliant snow?
Cheers,

I try to do as Jon has pointed out, but really I mostly use trial and error
Either way leave the camera behind on a few days and just go give her!!!!
Enjoy your trip matey! _________________ Bring on the snow, for I feel the need to ride.....

Best tip I found was if the sky is blue, use manual metering off the sky, then compose your image _________________ -----------------------------------------------------
