Would it be worth upgrading form a 400D to a 450d?
I see there are a few differences with regard battery grip & cmos sensor, but also memory it now takes SD instead of CF
Any opinions?
Leo.
If you're wanting to upgrade from a 400D then you must take the route of either a second-hand 30D or a new 40D (it's the law!) unless you fancy your chances with a second-hand EOS 1D Mk II or a new Mk III that is ;)
Also take a look at your lens collection because you'd probably get more of a performance hike by buying better lenses and/or filters
Entry level DSLRs to me are just that - they may be raising the bar ever so slightly but existing users should really be looking at the next tier up, or there's no point in upgrading at all. _________________ There is nothing in life that cannot be improved with either monkeys, pirates or ninjas NPU Member
Yeh I'd agree with John, if your wanting to upgrade you need to be raising the bar and a second hand 30D or new 40D would be a great choice also give you a camera you can grow with and into.
