i can't help but feel the space on the rhs is serving no purpose - was the space there for a reason (i could quite easily be just not 'getting' it)

I am surprised Jon, people, places and things are not just defined by what they are but by the space, place and time they occupy. I find the picture very harmonious, a very nice use of the space.

I fully appreciate the use of space in a picture and what it can be used to portray, I just don't think it's doing any of that in this image

Bulbs like that will be a collectors item, one day soon.
Image - too much empty space for my liking, and I would like to have seen the lit up base in the reflection - just me
