self-portrait

Hi everybody, today I took a day off (due to my father-in-law´s 70th
birthday) and played a little bit with PSE 5.0. The original file had a
wonderful sepia tint, but after scaling it had these little red spots.
Nevertheless I hope you like it. Any comments welcome.

i don't know what you did exactly, but i like the effect, it looks like a drawing

That's an interesting effect

Hi Katja,

Can you remember exactly how you achieved it? I'm just experimenting with something at the moment.

Hi, thanks very much for your comments, but unfortunately I can´t exactly remember how I´ve done it. Just tried a lot of effects, but I´m sure that I´ve started with the "pencil sketch" and used the "old paper",
I´ve converted it to sepia; I´m quite sure that I´ve used the relief or
high relief as well. Just try.

But beware: when my mum saw the photo she got a shock, in her opinion it looks like a caricature Shocked !
