swimmingstarted swimming last oct swimming 4- 6 lengths at a time and slowly building up to 30 last week.
today i finished work early, went swimming and...................................
managed to swim 64 lengths! Which is one mile 
I am rather chuffed about it.
Luckily for you lot I have no photos of the event.
