i know she is gorgeous! but i cant take a photo of her for love nor money..she hates this pic...what do you guys think?!?!

Anyway. Well, it's lovely picture for starters. So suggestions...
She has everything you need, so, try soft lighting, a slightly lighter lipstick, perhaps (not sure). She begs some side lighting shots to accent her features, you could use shadows really well on her like Sean's portrait entry last month.
Her hair has worked on this one, but watch out losing her hair colour to dark backgrounds.
And for gods sake, just take hundreds of pictures, though you might need to negotiate on that one a bit, and never expect a dispassionate critique from your model, unless its your dog - they just wag.

Most women hate anything that may show a line, blemish etc.
I have to say i like the angle (composition) of the shot but as Creator said, a touch of side lighting would help.

Coombsy - get yourself, Paula and the two terrors over to mine and try out my lighting.
The comments above all suggest the lighting may be too harsh, so maybe we'll try the softbox and some back lighting.
