|
|
Just wondering what program everyone uses to open their images once saved onto the PC or when the card is inserted into the memory slot.
Picasa Viewer seems to have taken over mine and although I've tried some of the other options like Windows Photo Gallery and the Cannon DPP program, I'm not that happy with them. Windows Photo Gallery takes forever to load each image, and I couldn't get on with the DPP program.
Anyone got any better (free) options?
Cheers
Derek

I tend to just use DPP.
Though if I am browsing through some of my directories, I like to use XnView. _________________ --

I use lightroom 2 and import them directly from the card. _________________ There is nothing in life that cannot be improved with either monkeys, pirates or ninjas

Cheers all of you. I just downloaded XNView to play with later. I really must go through my photos and organise them. There are so many I need to delete but just haven't got round to it.

I love it, it's really cut down the amount of time I spend in pp. I bought Scott Kelby's book at the same time as LR2 and it was extremely useful
